How to Order

Every order is unique and we try to tailor it to your individual needs. To guarantee the most out of our service we ask you to follow these steps:

For Tape or DVD Transfers:


              Go to the             menu.

              Select the applicable product.


              Fill in the number of tapes you wish to transfer. Please note, any tapes that are longer than 90mins are considered 2 tapes.


              Select whether you want additional transfers done to DVD or YouTube.


              Consider if you want a professional                                or

              Select the shopping cart icon to checkout.


              Double-check your order and proceed to pick up/delivery and payment.


Getting your tapes to us

Currently, we don't offer a drop-off point. However, depending on your location your options are:

For local pick up

If you live in Sydney's Northern Beaches or North Shore we can come and pick them up. After receiving your order we will contact you to organise a suitable pickup time.

For Australia wide

If you live elsewhere in Australia you can post to us. We recommend using recorded mail. Please carefully send your tapes to the following address:

Please email us when you have posted the package and we will contact you as soon as we have received your tapes.


Upon receiving the tapes we will check the duration and tape quality. If your tapes are mouldy or ripped we can offer you a repair service. Depending on the condition of the tape this can range from $25-50 per tape. We will call to verify and discuss any repairs. Please note that tapes are susceptible to wear and tear, especially if they have not been stored correctly.


Transfers will take roughly 2-3 weeks. If you require video editing this will of course take additional time.

Please feel free to email, chat, or call if anything is unclear. If you would like additional services, for instance, super 8 transfers, or photo scans then do let us know. We are currently not offering this service but do wish to if there is sufficient demand. We also welcome any other feedback.
